LowCross-Buffer®
This newly developed buffer:
Helps to reduce interferences in immunoassays.
Quality of detection can be significantly improved.
Unspecific binding of the antibody is reduced
Low affinity cross reactivity of the antibody is minimised.
Matrix effects from blood sera or plasma specimen, are reduced.
Blocking Solution
Produced by chemical modification of highly purified casein.
Inhibits unspecific and unwanted binding on surfaces.
Free binding sites of the surface are saturated by the components of Blocking Solution.
Reduces unwanted binding of analytes or detection antibodies on surfaces.
The results are very low background and significant improvement of the sensitivity of the assays.
Antibody Stabilisation Buffer
Conserves the structure of proteins and antibodies.
Proteins and antibodies are prevented from loosing functionality.
Just dissolve proteins or antibodies with Antibody Stabilizer for storage in refrigerator.
You can also use Antibody Stabilizer for storage of coated ELISA plates.
WashingBuffer
For the removal if unbound and excessive components, which are able to interfere with the assay.
Avaialble with and without TWEEN for different procedures.
Can be used with automation.
Suitable for ELISA, EIA, RIA, protein array, Western blotting, immuno PCR and immunohistochemistry.
Coating Buffer
For ELISA, EIA, RIA, protein array and immuno PCR
Made for adsorptive immobilisation of proteins and antibodies on plastic surfaces (for example microtiterplates) or other protein binding surfaces.
Two pHs available - based on PBS (pH 7,4) or carbonate (pH 9,6).
Comes as 10x concentration.
Sample Buffer
For ELISA, EIA, protein array, Western blotting, immuno PCR and immunohistochemistry.
Sample Buffer is made for those routine, interference and trouble free assays.
For assays with background or false-positives – for example derived from cross reactivities or matrix effects – we recommend the use of LowCross-Buffer® instead of Sample Buffer.
Sample Buffer is also available without Tween or other detergents for use in Immunohistochemistry.
