Recently IQProducts added new colours to their reagent portfolio (QCD, RQ and APC) of conjugated antibodies to supprt the increasing need of multicolour detection by flow cytometry. With our new tandem dye they offer an attractive alternative for ECD (PE-Texas Red) and the PE-Alexa Fluor 590. By adding our red dyes RQ and FRQ, we are able to deliver you new combinatorial tools for multicolour flow cytometry.

Details QCD Excitation: 488 nm – Emission: 599 nm. QCD is a tandem of PE and DY590 (Dyomics 590), spectral similar to PE-Texas Red (ECD) and PE-Alexa Fluor 590. DY590 has spectral similar to Texas Red and Alexa Fluor 590. RQ Excitation: 488nm – Emission: 782nm. RQ is a tandem dye ot PE and DY747 (Dyomics 747), spectal similar to PE-Cy7. DY747 is a heptamethine analogue of Dyomics 647 (a pentamethine spectral similar to CY5 and Alexa Fluor 647). FRQ Excitation: 595-640 nm – Emission: 782 nm. FRQ is a tandem dye of APC and DY747 (Dyomics 747), spectral similar to PE-Cy7.
